What happens if I need to cancel ?
No problem, we understand that some circumstances are unavoidable. Just phone us by 8am on the morning of the hire. Otherwise our vehicles will already be loaded, and we may have turned down other customers for your booking.

When does the hire time start ?
This is always the agreed time. We ensure that the castle is delivered and set up by this time. We Guarantee It !!!!!

Can I change the length of the hire on the day ?
Depending on pre-bookings we may be able to extend the fun for you !!!!!

How do I know the castles we be high quality ?
Our castles are all built in Australia, to Australian standards. There are a lot of inferior imported products in the market.

Can I hire the castle overnight ?
Unfortunately our insurance does not allow this.

What size are your castles ?
All castles are 4m by 4.6m. They vary in height between 2.6 and 4.6m. It is important that when measuring your area, you are aware of overhead obstacles such as tree branches, clothes lines etc.
